i called uscis and they gave me the rns for ead and 485. but not for ap. they didn't provide any rns for my spouse as not present in the call. checked the money orders at bank...it was not cashed yet....anyone similar!:confused:

Dear admins,
I think deleting my post was not fair. The other people who have been bashing us with MS degrees need to also have their posts deleted.
I was not offensive in anyway, I just pointed out the reality of the situation and that is not "being offensive."
If you are afraid of alienating some of your contributors, well then by deleting the posts of ppl with Masters degrees you risk alienating them.
If I offended the admin personally if he/she does not have a masters degree, I apologize for hurting your "feelings" but that does not allow you to delete my post.
Finally, since 99% of the time the admins come back with not relevant to the thread, I agree on that ground but respectfully request the deletion of posts by a bunch of others like the "hiring manager" who instigated this discussion.

Just want to let you know that I am still VERY MUCH against porting. But neither that is the issue we are handling here nor the other issue is as urgent as this one.
Dividing IV on the Lines on EB2 or EB3 or on basis of ROW/India is something i just dont like. United we stand !!!!!! .
I saw couple of threads earlier from you which talks against porting of EB3 to EB2 - i believe you had some lawsuit idea there for not allowing BS+5 to port to EB2 which is think i highly divisive and unfair on certain peoples
Lets come up with ideas without stepping on each others shoe and i'm 100% willing to join.

My Attorney mailed 225 Packages via DHL shipped at June 30 12:00 EST on Saturday, I was 5 minutes late so mine went on 4:00 PM FEDEX.
I dont why FEDEX guys are delivering yet they said will eb delivered by 8:00 AM on Monday but their website shows "Estimated delivery Jul 2, 2007 by 10:30 AM" it is 10:30 already and there is no update yet(may be they don't have enough trucks to carry all the application to DOS).

Hello friends,
I was wondering about the FP notice time frame. I had applied for 485/EAD/AP on July 2nd at NSC which later got transferred to TSC. Receipts indicate that notice date is 8/27.
I was wondering how many days does it take to get FP notice from the 485 notice date? data indicates that some of the TSC guys who have notice dates of 8/29 have already got their FP notices scheduled for mid september.

If the options are sign or do not sign and no EAD/GC for a long long time or never, I would just sign the damn thing. This contract is way too restrictive and lawyers will find lot of loopholes. Let him go to court. If he dares to, what do you lose? $10,000? He has to spend more than that, face publicity, lose reputation among clients ( send the freaking agreement to all his clients and advertise in all awebsites) and intense scrutiny by Homeland Security and possible arrest. Just somehow document all your conversations which implicate him and be prepared.

People have been thinking that all along and have been lying motionless like a crocodile doing sunbath. USCIS have been retrogressing the Visas and at the same time consistently wasting Visa numbers every years. Shouldn't they have already been sued for that. We'll not do anything today just because it take 2-3 years. But what if they screw us again after 2-3 years. Dodn't you think we should keep fighting for injustice even if the benifit may not come to our generation but should pass to coming generation. If every body will become so much short sighted nobody would care for global warming, alternative eneryg options etc...
The suit is long over due. If we do not do it, they will never learn the lesson and they will continue screw not only us, but the future generation again and again. Yes, I've read it before in this post that there is no connection between LUD(Last Updated Date) and Receipt Notice.
